I have tried the BBB website and can't ascertain which location to use. I even called the OC and no one knows who handles that. If you are trying to get a letter to an OC's department that would initiate a deletion of a tradeline, how do you find it? Specifically I need these: Bank of America Capital One Chase Compass Direct Merchants Bank Discover Household Bank (CC not HFC) Providian Universal Bank I would appreciate the help!
