I received a letter from RMA regarding an alleged sears account. I have no knowledge of this account. I'm curious if anyone knows which OC's provide validation to CA's when consumers request validation? I hear RMA is a nightmare to deal with. I think someone should start some type of database on which OC'S don't provide to CA's. Just a thought. Does sears provide validation on accounts that are over (4) years old?
