I checked my EQ report via Credit Watch today and initially found that my score had dropped 26 points although there were no changes in my report.

After comparing my 6/30/02 report with my 7/1/02 report, I attempted to go back and compare my scores to make sure I wasn't seeing things. I was unable to pull up my scores and got this message:

You've requested a page that is currently unavailable. An email has been sent recording this occurrence. This occurrence will be dealt with immediately. Thank you for your patience.

Anyone have any insight on why this may have occured or experienced this with their Credit Watch EQ score before?

That's odd that your score dropped. Usually when the month turns over a score should rise, since it has now "aged" a bit more.

Did your balances go up (reported wise to EQ) since 6-30-02?

No, my balances did not go up. Absolutely no changes in my report between 6/30/02 and 7/1/02. I e-mailed my concern to customer service. I guess I'll see what happens.

You know the same this happened to me this morning. I pulled my credit score on 6/28/02 and it was 703, but when I pulled it on 7/1/02 it had dropped to 672...30 pts. below. I'm also in the middle of a few disputes, so it may have played a part in this decline. Just makes me wonder though, since my report hadn't shown any changes since 6/28.

You can save those FICO score pages by printing to acrobat. I have all mine :D

How do you get adobe acrobat in the print menu when you're about to print (instead of having it point at the actual printer)?

    Marie2002,

My situation is the same as yours. I am currently in the middle of some disputes. I have had no changes in any of the information in my report and my score dropped 26 points. Let me know what happens.

This actually may confirm something I've suspected but didn't post because I just wasn't sure. I think that FICO has updated their scoring model and they did it on the 29th or 30th of June. My reasons for saying this are:

On the 28th, my score was 648. On the 29th, my score was 653 and they added a positive item to my report saying that I had not been applying for credit and that it was helping my score. There is no difference whatsoever between the two reports and since July had not arrived, nothing had aged.

This combined with the other posts in this thread makes me wonder if the model has been updated. Has anyone else who checks their report daily noticed anything odd at the end of June?
