A couple weeks ago I sent a CRA a CRRR request to reinvestigate a collection agency account. I received back a response from them today. On the first page of their response it lists a totally different trade line and says it was previously investigated. On page 3 it lists the collection account I wished to have reinvestigated, and lists the outcome as 'Remains'. Can I nail them for not investigating the account? Or is their some other method I should pursue? Thanks, Cub
