    Does anyone have an address to write to Mr. Miller? Or is he one that only deals with people over the phone? Thanks for any help.

    The best way is probably throught, just give them a detailed description of your complaint/issue and tell them what you want! -- when I did it, I recieved an email response within 24 hours and talked to Mr. Miller shortly afterwards..
