offshore debit cards

    Hi, Im currently using a couple of Latvian bank's debit cards. I would like to get another one from another country. Anyone recommends another good european or central american bank that issues offshore debit cards? plz post some links thanks

    For the costs involved with these "Offshore" banks, why not approach a real bank in the U.K., or Canada?

    Beware! Offshore debit cards/a

    Be careful of Offshore offers. While many are credible, others have you place the funds into a blind account that is owned individually and then at some point evaporates with your funds...no trace available. Don't let emotional/financial need outweigh good sense and research.

    VISA Intl. says Bancnet is not an authorized issuer of VISA, and have no idea who they are. Beware!
