Greetings! I just wanted to thank everyone here at CN for educating me about credit. I started out in October '03 with (EXP:641 EFX:599 TU:620). As of today, I have achieved (EXP:788 EFX:693 TU:663). This board taught me about disputes, prime/sub-prime cards, utilization, etc. I learned how to "play the game" quite well, I think. The good news: I was aproved for $7,000 Fleet Platinum! The highest CL limit I have ever had before was $700. Heck, 3 years ago, I could barely get an apartment because of my credit. Considering how I learned about the evils of credit the hard way, I don't think I'll really need another card (I have two others with a total CL of $800). But I feel really blessed and thankful to you folks for all the information here. It took only 8 months to bring my credit around, and I hope this proves to others that it can be done. Thanx all!
