I just got the results from TU and I am in shock! They deleted my paid collections. Updated another account as paid off by me because it had "cancelled by credit grantor". Closed another account and removed the late pays. I am just in shock! I even feel bad for slamming TU. Just to boot, I finally got the letter from Target saying they were removing all late pays from all reports! I only have that @#%# collection from ASSet and the original creditor left that really killing me on all 3. I have the paid collections on Exq & Exp. but I'm going to do a 2nd round of disputes with them. I am going to file complaints against ASSet, if that doesn't work then I will file suit.
Good job! But don't feel bad about slamming TU, they do deserve it as do the other 2 morons. Keep it up and you'll have 3 clean reports soon. Again, great job.
I got good results too on this round of dispute. One verified ($800 ), One removed ($6800)!!, one about to be removed by monday(collection). The lady answering the phone was so nice, i was shocked..
Thanks, LKH and Sam. I know I shouldn't feel bad, they have no mercy for us. And they did take over 30 days to complete the investigation. The new report was printed 3 days after the investigation was supposed to have been completed. That's why I thought they hadn't done anything. But, I'm not complaining. I'm waiting to get my new scores.
