   We had our mortgage via Ohio Savings Bank when we refinanced in 2000...it was sold to Chase Manhattan about 6 months later.

   They bought my mortgage when I refi'd. No problems with them except that they don't have an online payment option unless you open a checking account.
   
   5% on a conventional mtg.
