I asked for vald form CA, and cross disputed w/CRA, CA did NOT validate yet on my EQ report it says "Consumer Disputes..." and EQ has stated that "The creditor had verified the balance remains unpaid" on the cover of the report. Is that a bingo for a violation? It's all within 30 days. If so, do I sit on this an wait for another violation like continued reporting of a disputed debt? I am unsure so suggestions are helpful.
