Ok I'm going crazy

    I'm preparing to send a validation letter to a CA. I'm planning for their response/no-response. I'm trying to find out wether a CA is required to respond in 30 days or not. I thought I read that somewhere......any help or links is appreciated.

    There is no time limit for them to validate.
    In fact they don't even have to validate.

    What is the suggested course of action when they don't respond?

    3o days after they signied the green card send estoppel which gives 15 days tp produce the proper validation.If you don't have it 15 days after they signed that green card send ITS and if they don't respond sue em.
