I just hate it when age hits you and you can't find something you are sure existed at some point in time. I recall seeing this creditor disclosure statement in a post. It is much longer and more detailed than what I found in the FAQ's. If I recall, it would take almost one full page and had all sorts of questions on it. Could someone PLEASE direct me to this? If it is in the FAQ's and I missed it, sorry, senior moment called old-timers disease. BTW, do like the new board.
OK, I have searched the "search" function and still cannot find what I am looking for. I do recall finding a disclosure statement that was much longer than what I find thru search and the FAQ's. I am dealing with RMA and pretty much want to sound like the nutcase "prove this is my account, ready to sue your arse and not sure what I will do" letter. Debt is for under $200.00. Can I pay it? Yeah I can, will I? depends upon RMA and what they offer me in return. Oh I HATE RMA! In response: Did I get letter from RMA? Answer: NO Did I get a message on answering machine? YES....generic or geriacitic, whatever you choose. Did I return call? Yes, cause needed to know what this important business call referred to and plan strategy. Last date that RMA did hard inquiry or even soft? Around 10/02. Heard nothing since till this week. Do I hate RMA? You bet your tush on that one.

Course I loved it when they asked for my mailing address which was the same as they had and I tried to explain something, but the B* just put me on hold and told me I HAD THE ATTITUDE.
