Hello, I'm trying to get a mortgage and was wondering if I filed a lawsuit against a CA in small claims court for various violations if it would be a factor on me getting my loan. I wouldnt be asking this question but on my loan application, it asked if I am a party to a lawsuit or not. I'm not quit sure what they are wanting to know. Maybe if I'm in the process of being sued?? Anyone? Thanks Matt
