Dh has 3 diff alleged accounts on his cr's with the same slime-ball CA...
that refuses to validate, when we dispute with the CRA's.. they verify, and we are getting continued collection activity in regards to 1 of the alleged accounts

Can we just file suit against the slime CA for all 3 accounts at the same time???

or Does it have to be a separate suit for each alleged account??

I would sue for all 3 separately. This is for two reasons:

1: FDCPA piles all misdeeds as a single award ina single suit. Ten FDCPA violations in the same suit brings only one $1000 award, not ten

2: The CA is treating it as 3 separate accounts, why shouldn't you? What's good for the goose is good for the gander.
