EASY ~ HARD...IT IS HARD TO SAY...
SEARS was one of my first cards I got.
Don't have TARGET...I (WOULD BE DENIED FOR THAT $200 CREDIT LINE THEY GIVE)!!!
J.C. PENNEYS was easy...back in 1978.
I have had many REAL "pre-approved" VISA/MC cards.
SOME PEOPLE SAY JUNIPER, CITIBANK AND CAPITOL ONE ARE EASY...I WAS DENIED ALL 3.
YOU COULD JUST TRY ONE AND MOVE ON TO NUMBER TWO. IF DENIED...STOP FOR SIX MONTHS.
I got a TD from Chase, but got Plat from Citi....JC Penneys was my first department store, pre approved--way back when I had very limited credit. Sears turned me down back when my credit was "good" but just sent me one last month.
I'd like to get a discover eventually. Sears and Discover were the cards I decided my family should have.
