On my EQ I just had a paid collection show back up that was disputed and removed in 1999! I was never notified it was put back on. I noticed this after ordering a report on-line last week. What recourse do I have??
If they don't notify you after 5 days of insertion, SUE their @$$!! They have to learn they can't violate us anymore
