Hi, I have a question. I have an old credit card debt...my account was charged off (Account sold) in August of 2001. It then went to a collection agency and the amount doubled. The last report according to equifax was april of this year. I have not heard from this company in like 3 years, and never paid them anything. I'm just curious as to the SOL (I'm in pa). When exactly does that begin?
