Well, this is a tough one. They aren't a publicly-traded company, which kills one good research asset I use. They are headquartered in Wilmington, DE. Address 601 Delaware Ave, Wilmington, DE 19801-1462 Phone 302-326-4200 They list as "Key Person" Buddy Cannelongo, Junior Vice President. I'm thinking they don't have a general counsel, just hire an attorney. They only have 35 total employees, 20 at the headquarters location.
