What do you do when this happens? I disputed and had removed all late payments to a particular bank about 3 months ago. Today, they re-appeared. What should my next step be?

Is the account paid-off and closed, or is it open with a revolving balance? If it's open, then the lender is probably re-reporting your entire account history every month or every couple of months. (Some lenders report this way.) You may need to close the account, or at least pay the balance down to zero and hope that the creditor doesn't re-report an account with a zero balance.

Once an account is closed and paid in full though, it is extremely unlikely that a creditor will continue to report unless you really piss them off or the lates get "verified" via an investigation from a CRA.

Wait 5 days and send in an ITS to the CRA for reinsertion.
