OLD MEDS..PLEASE anybody To my knowledge and DW,we have never recieved dunns nor phone calls. We have alot of meds from 2001 listed on cr's from another state we temporarily lived in. They all show differant DOLA,range from 2000-2002, if at all. Most are listed with collector as #'s (no name) Checked Texas SOS today and one ca is not properly bonded here, the others are Network Collections??may be an affiliate since they are in TX but have never been dunned by them either. I had Lexington LF in 2005 they disputed, all came back Verified. Since we are trying to get a construction loan and have been denied, we are trying to take a hands on approach, we have opted out, tried to get addys fixed (nuther story) [We have other collections same time period but for CC's]. 80% are meds. I have read more than I can remmember to the point it gets confusing, I also have some stock in Texas TFC 392?? since I am a resident. Since everyones crs have some specific variances I am posting this for consideration and much needed comment.
