I wonder if anyone knows anthing about Key Bank and Trust they are offering your choice of Visa or Mastercard with a 30 dollar annual fee and a 17.9% interest rate this card is for subprimers. This bank has been around for years. If you know anything about this bank or program let us know.
Hi: Their website is at: http://www.keyb-t.com/ They seem to serve the "clean credit" and "not so clean credit" market, their online applications are "down" for some reason at the moment but you can apply by phone through their toll free #, they have locations in VA and MD, they don't seem to be a very big bank but their rates seem competitive. Key Bank is a reputable bank in the Midwest and is growing through acquiring smaller, home town banks. I used to live in Indianapolis and they had branches all over.
