Hey everyone! I finally did it, I sent out my first ever cease and desist letter to a CA via CRRR!!!! I am so nervous now!!! What if they want to sue me, will they send me a notice of intent to sue first, or will they just summons me?? The debt is for about $1533.00 for breaking an apartment lease.
