A CA/JDB that will be receiving a nice delivery in a few days from the U.S. Marshall's Service answered the following to a BBB dispute, any wonder why the dispute was listed as unresolved. (Just so it's not obvious who it is, I'll paraphrase.) Another dispute, they told someone that they'd be going to jail if they didn't pay in 45-60 minutes... But, the we sold your account, but you can pay us anyway, response takes the cake!

Just one of the winners that I filed against on Wednesday afternoon... My case with them, Feb 14th, they put a 'love note' on my TransUnion Report, which I can only access via CreditKarma because of the pending litigation. I wait 10 days for the requisite notice, nothing. Send a fax. Wait 30 days, nothing. Send a second fax, meanwhile I dispute the tradeline with Equifax which I am allowed to communicate with. VERIFIED. Still nothing. 3 days later, at least from the info that I got from Equifax, I was able to find an e-mail from an alleged PDL (PDLs have been illegal in PA since 1998) with the exact same dollar amount... So I send a letter via fax to the PDL and CA telling the PDL that I was amending the still unserved suit against one of their previous JDB's to include them as a co-defendant, and that I would be naming them as a co-defendant in a case against a second JDB, and this JDB. Still nothing... Wonder if the U.S. Marshall's office will get a better response when they serve them with the suit?
