Hey! Just wanted to let you know that I called Geico to set up my homeowner's insurance for Virginia! The total cost ws $430 and they DID NOT pull a credit report!!!!!! I could not believe it. They said the company they use is Balboa Life and Casulty but Geico services the policy. Anyway, just wanted to let you all know that they don't pull credit reports. Talk to you all later!

cfand3boyz, what is your amps? I tried to get rate quote online and got this message "70 amp service in the home do not meet our underwriting guidelines. Amperage required is a minimum
    of 100 amps."

    I am in NY.

    Thanks

I'm sorry but I have no idea what you are referring to. I called the Geico agent on the telephone. Then he decided which company he would get to underwrite the policy. From the way he talked, he had a few to choose from?? At any rate, within minutes he was able to give me a quote. You should give Geico a call. I don't have the number handy but you can call information to get it and then ask for h.o. insurance. Good luck!

Thank you so much. I applied online to get a quote and got that response. I think I will call them. I also have car insurance with them.

    Thanks again.
