I'm so sorry about all these posts -- I thought that not one of them posted. I was having trouble -- which is pointing out the obvious, I know. I'm so embarrassed...
Hi Flying, I'm trying to post this one more time...please bear with me. I have an offer for a position with company whose customers are in the financial services industry. My position is at a senior level in a communications/PR function. HR will do an evaluation next week. You may remember my woes of my household unemployments, bad credit, etc. and now I'm worried that this will be cause for an "adverse action" letter being sent to me. Do you have any advice about handling this? Should I give them written authorization to pull my credit? Or, should I speak to my immediate boss (Sr. VP) about the reasons, etc. before I authoroze them? I've read a few things online that lead me to believe they are more interested in repos, foreclosures, etc. which I don't have...Although my chargeoffs will not put smiles on their faces. BTW, the president of a major CC with whom I have a chargeoff is on their board. Such sad irony... Thank you, as always, for your help...Susanna
