What is the BENEFIT of RESTRICTING the NUMBER of on-line payments a person can do??? I tried to do another DISCOVERCARD payment because the 5.90% BT will expire MARCH or APRIL... Says something like "YOU HAVE ALREADY DONE A PAYMENT IN THE LAST 7 DAYS...PLEASE RETURN AT A LATER DATE"
