i checked my credit report and there was 2 accounts in collections the first one said CRT COLLECT but the account name for equifax and transunion were both different names and the number that was on it 8036959000 is no longer in service and Agency Address is: 7470 Garners Ferry Rd Columbia, SC 292092674 i do not know what else to do. help!
I wouldn't talk with the CA anyway. Write them at this address or wait for them to contact you first.
