   JUST SPOKE WITH TARGET REPRESENTATIVE GOT CARD RATE REDUCE FROM 18.9 DOWN TO 12.9. ALSO GOT CREDIT LINE INCREASE FROM 8500 TO 10,000. HAVE HAD THE CARD FOR TWO MONTH AN NEVER USED. WILL KEEP TRYING TO GET RATE AS LOW AS POSSSIBLE.
