Been wrestling with RA Clark and Associates (CA) over a $100 cable TV charge. They reported to EX and TU and refused to budge. I got fed up and filed notice to sue for 2 violations of the FDCRA. I included in the notice my complaint which was to be filed with the magistrate. In less than 5 days they responded saying that charge was in error and that all reports to credit bureau will be deleted! They crumbled like stale bread! FU-TU
