When disputing the charge off (as related to previous question) what do I put down as the reason? It seems they all have 4 choices to choose. I am confused as to what seems the best choice.
Although everyone says to do it in writing, I would do it by phone. Quicker and less "paperwork" You could either say it wasn't yours, or it was never late. Keep in mind that a frivilous dispute is illegal.
