I'm sorry, I'm still confused about what to do after a second validation letter goes ignored. It has been more than 30 days since I sent a very simple/brief validation letter to an original creditor. I will send a second and I know this will be unanswered also. What is done after the second letter is ignored?? Do I dispute with the CRA and state that they (original creditor) haven't validated and must remove the entry??
