    Good article.
    As a former Fleet customer I have to say they have improved their service a great deal. I have been reacquired as a customer by way of a takeover of Summit. Fleet offers a great online service and have been very responsive to my multiple e-mails in a timely and professional fashion. Also, if you have enough accounts, i.e. checking, home equity, auto loan and savings their minimum requirements for free everything are easily met.

    Notice the CEO of ING Direct, saying they've closed 2,000 accounts whose owners called Customer Service too many times!

    they also upped the rate on the orange loan to 9.95. It was 8% before the last rate drop.
