Dear Backspace, The answer to your question seems to be NO! I did go to my local PO because one of my CRRR's was undated as to when it was received. They got into THEIR system, (which says intranet) and gave me a report on the delivery. It actually had the time it was delivered which will prove to be important in my case. Hope this helps.
