Hey, Trans Union problems again, as some of you regular readers know from reading my other post me and my dad have the same first and last name, except middle initial and DOB & SS of course LOL, Recently I cleaned up all my Trans Union Credit Report, when they had my dad's bad accounts on my report, all this problem was fixed months ago, last month my dad pulled his report from Trans Union to find that all my accounts where reporting to his Credit Report, he went online to TransUnion.com and disputed all the accounts as not his, belongs to son, please verify SS and DOB, guess what, Trans Union went into my Credit Report not his and deleted all my good accounts from my report, they deleted my mortgage, car loan a CC tradelines, I'm so pissed I contacted a local law firm to file suit against Trans Union for this but he said we have to re-dispute and give them time to fix the problem of mixed files, he said to start the process it's gonna cost me $ 250.00. What do you guy's think? Trans Union also left about three of my good accounts and put this "Verified Date" before it said "Updated" does this have any effect on my score? Does anyone know of a Law Firm that can take this case??? i'm in Florida, I called several Law Firms but they haven't called back yet, one of the firms is this one, www.creditreportproblems.com they still haven't called me back, but I guess I have to stick with my local Lawyer and see what he can do. PLEASE ADVICE!!! NEED AS MUCH HELP AS POSSIBLE I'm buying a house this summer =(
