   It been 30 days since online disputes. Am I supposed to wait additional time from there or fire off round 2 via snail mail? Any input from anyone would be helpful. Thank you

   there is a notation for the online dispute that says, they will investigate and update within the 30 days. but allow (i think it says) 5 days from there to receive your update via mail. hth
