Me Again....I disputed 3 tradelines on 8/22/02 with TU and I pulled a TU report today and found that 1 tradeline was deleted but the other 2 disputed tradelines were not showing 'IN DISPUTE' , 'CURRENTLY BEING INVESTIGATED' or anything to indicate that the tradeline is being disputed. Am I being VIOLATED?
TU's software does not add the dispute notations. Nevertheless, it's a violation. I think the last time I disputed something, it did add the notation...
Does anyone have a success story(s) with getting TU to fulfill your (consumer) request due to their system not being in compliance with the FCRA as far as not indicating tradelines that are in dispute? I'd like to find out if pursuing the dispute would be benificial to me...
