    And then there were 2!

I had only one negative left on Experian which was verified twice using Junum. Actually the second time it was NEVER really verified, Experian wrote back 2 days after receiving the dispute with a letter saying "We have already verified this item 7/01 and found it belonged to you and it was accurate" (which it was not) then the verification date was moved up to 8/01. I went online in September and disputed it. Just got the results yesterday... GONE!

    EX:NOW CLEAN - started with 4

    TU:CLEAN - started with 13

    EQ:2 negs - started with 14

One Equifax to fall off in a few months...Both have been "verified" by Equifax, I will attack them both online starting Monday.

    10 little 9 little 8 little neg-a-tives,
    7 little 6 little 5 little neg-a-tives,
    4 little 3 little 2 little neg-a-tives,
    Run little neg-a-tives run hehehehehe!

Great job. Congrats. I hired Junum for awhile and had fairly good luck until they started disputing the positive accounts which took me ages to get TU to put back on. After quitting Junum, I went back at it myself and have had great luck with the exception of Experian, who everyone knows by now, I am suing.
I have 0 negs and 2 public records on TU. On equifax, 1 public record, and 1 $65 collection that I paid to the creditor but the collector refuses to update or delete. Experian - I won't go into the pathetic details. Anyway, congrats again.

    Thanks everyone,
YooHoo Breeze, Doc, LKH. LKH is the EX trial date set? I am rooting for you. I had trouble getting TU to put things back on after they deleted all my positive info (good bit of it anyway), how did you accomplish this feat? phone? fax? letters? What did you say? Did you send them old copies with the positive info on it? I am afraid to do that because I think they will put the negative stuff back on.

No, no trial date yet. We don't even know what court it is yet. With TU, I sent an email to the person from TU that sent me the threat letter. I told him what my problems with TU were, and what they had done to my report.I gave him names and phone numbers for the creditors they deleted that I wanted back on. He called them himself and put the accounts back on. If you want, send me an email and I'll send you his email address.

    Nave,
what date did you dispute online? Did you do it on creditexpert ???

I am curious because I disputed some items 10/14 & waiting on results -impatient!!!

From my experience, it usually takes the full 30 days for online disputes. You have a ways to go yet. If it gets done in a short period of time, that usually means that the creditor verified it.

ooh, I don't want it verified - I want it removed.
So, everyone pray to the credit gods for me!!

Thanks LKH, I will send you an email. Maybe I can get things straightened out...Although I am a bit afraid of giving my name to the same person who sent you the threat. Did he/she apologize or explain their actions enough for you to feel comfortable dealing with them. Or better yet, for ME to deal with them :)

Doodyhead, yes LKH is correct it takes 30+ days (they claim it may take up to 45), it seems faster disputing online, I guess because you don't have to wait to see if they received the disputes and when the process begins, it begins the next day after you hit the return key. Be patient, as I said they claimed to have verified this item after 2 written disputes, 3rd dispute it was removed, so if at first you don't succeed.....
