If you want the remark off of your report completely, choose this option. Use this if you never had an account, or if this account is unverifiable and you want the account totally off your CR's. (ex. ChargeOff, bogus account, Collection, 7 years old, etc...)

*I have never paid this account late.

If you do not want the account completely taken off your reports. Only the late(s) associated with the account. Older lates are harder to verify, so this would be good with older accounts showing late payments. Worked for me on accounts with no lates in the previous 18 months.


*The current balance is incorrect.

If the company rarely updates your accounts to the current balance. If the balance was paid off completely, and never updated, or account has been paid down (lot or little), and never updated. Choose this option.


*This account is closed.

Careful here, don't say an account is closed unless your Really want it to be reported as such. Closing too many accounts at once is not good sometimes on your reports from my experience. Only close one or two at the most at any given time.
