You kept your green card from the certified letter you sent right?
What you do is follow up with another letter siting the FCRA's regulation regarding the 30 day time frame.
You should mention your first letter and demand that they remove the negative item pursuant to (add law number and name here).
This letter is sent out the way you should have sent out the first one.....certified, return receipt requested.

thanks for the response. I need to wait a little longer. The bacvk of the credit report says 30 business days.
