online investigation questions

    I started an online investigation last night w/all three CRAs to have my C7 BK accts. properly indicated as "included in bk."

    Anyway, I checked the investigation's status today and received the following msg.-

    Sorry, we are unable to start an on-line investigation request for you at this time. You may contact us to initiate another investigation request by using the telephone number or address listed on your Equifax Credit File Or click on this button to send an e-mail request.

    Is this supposed to mean that the investigation's already completed, in less than 24 hours? Like, they just won't start one for me? Has this happened to anyone else? Should I send cert. letters to each CRA now?

    You cant start another online investigation until this one is done :)

    you can have an investigation pending and request another investigation on other accts during the same time but you need to call or mail them to do so.

    the online disputes can only handle one investigation at a time.

    BTW the results of the investigation may be for different periods so you may not get all the results at once :)
