I did TU and EXP online disputes and backed it up with a phone call the next day to see if they recieved it...Is there a diffrence between them, I know i want a paper trail but is it faster this way to get a answer..? all were CO that were bought or sold to a CA and all the CA are listed on both reports. THX
TU should send you a confirmation email telling you they received your dispute ---this will be dated EXP provides you with a Dispute # so you can check the status, they used to even give the date the re-investigation was to finish.(Its been awhile) IMO your paper trail is still intact disputing online. be sure to print out your dispute pages and keep good records. I wouldnt say its much faster just different. bugman
