Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Only Received Partial Validation.. lol didnt realize that one caught me off guard I could see how this would be confussing to have a CA named credit bureau. so that narrows it a bit the relation but still debateable. you just have to take your chances the laws are gray, black & white I see this as a gray area that can be argued and won. not all judges rule the same way some go by the letter of the law and other by the spirit of the law at least in criminal cases I would think it applies in civil cases as well Or am I wrong ??
