Received 2 credit card offers one from k mart master card another from capital one for a gold card.All the certificate ask is for your signature,ss#,and phone number.Has anyone else received these offers.Are the chances better for approval when all they ask are these minimul requirments?

I don't shop there much so I am not going to send it in (0% interest on Kmart purchases for 6 mths though). If they sent the pre approved offer to you, you will more than likely receive the card. They will complete a credit check to make sure your credit has not changed from the time they sent you the offer. If it has not, I wouldn't worry.
