   i have bad credits, credit cards that still deliq.
   
   and WA mutal (i think i owned them $200, then they charged off), BoA won't let me open an acct with me.
   
   which bank that does not pull off from Chexsystems or any other kind of systems?
   
   please help me! i want to have an checking acct.

   Your best bet would be a credit union, if you can belong to one.
   
   Otherwise, try opening a money market brokerage account with checking privileges. The brokerages don't check ChexSystems
