   Is a credit card account an "open account" or a written contract? The sol on open accounts in my state is 5 years and on written contracts 10 years.
   Wanting to ask validation from Coldata on Wells Fargo Credit Card delinquent since 6/96, has been reaged on my credit reports but don't want to open a can of worms. Thanks!
