open accounts vs. closed accounts v

I have 9 open accounts with date of last activity approx. 6-9 years ago. I also have 6 closed accounts. And I have 6 charge-offs that are approx. 5 years old

I'm trying to raise my credit score. If I try to get the open or closed accounts removed from my credit reports, will it hurt or help my score?
