I have two accts were the open date is after the closed date, how can they close an acct that is not even opened yet? If I dispute these do you think they will just correct the dates or remove the TL, because it is incorrect, what should I dispute as?

i'd say tell them exactly what you just said - the dates are wrong. they may get them correct, they may delete.
Assuming you want them removed, I'd try to word the dispute in a manner that says you want it removed if they can't verify the dates.

If they say it's verified, and leave it the same, then I'd venture to say:

    1) CRA is violating FCRA 611(a)(4) Consideration of consumer information
    2) CRA is violating FCRA 607(b) Accuracy of report
3)CRA is violating FCRA 611(a)(5) Treatment of inaccurate or unverifiable information.
4)OC is violating FCRA 623(a)(1)(A) Reporting information with actual knowledge of errors
5)OC is violating FCRA 623(a)(1)(B) Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors
6)OC is violating FCRA 623(a)(2) Duty to correct and update information
7)OC is violating FCRA 623(b)(1)(D) if the investigation finds that the information is incomplete or inaccurate, report those results to all other consumer reporting agencies to which the person furnished the information and that compile and maintain files on consumers on a nationwide basis.

It would be tough proving damages though...
