    It's me again....... :)

Last question for the night. I am sitting here at my desk planning my attack....I mean strategy :).

I have several open collection accounts appearing on my credit report from the same companies where previous accounts were disputed and now do not appear on my credit report.

I am hesitant to phone the company to discuss the open collection accounts still showing on my credit report because I am afraid they might realize that I owe them for more than the account I am calling about (the accounts not showing on mycredit report. Also, they might re-report the deleted items). Any advice?

Should I risk opening up a can of worms? or should I just be a little patient and let Lexington continue to dispute these items?

    Thanks.

I am in the same boat with First Premier, UCNB and Providian. These cards charged off and I would like for them to transfer the balances to a new account and let me pay them off that way.

Uunfortunately, UCNB went under (I think) and the account is now with a CA.

    BUMP...
