Can I prove to a credit card company that I opened a credit card for someone and they paid late twice but I wasnt using it. How can this be repaired?
I'm guessing that only time will fix this one. If you opened the account in your name or co-opened the account in your name, then whatever happens (good or bad) gets attributed to you, regardless of who actually used the card or was supposed to pay the bill. Live and learn.
