I have a returned check that was sent to a CA. I am sending payment for the check to the person I wrote the check to. Does anyone have a good letter to go by to tell the place I wrote it to, why I am sending payment to them and not the collection agency? Or does anyone have any suggestions on what I should tell the OC or should I just tell them that under the FDCPA it is my right not to deal with collection agencies?

1*Don't do it before you see the original check !!!!!!!!!1
    2*You don't have such a right.

This could be an excellent way to end up paying twice or more for the same check
